Returns & exchanges

Our shapewear can be exchanged or refunded within 24 hours only from the date of purchase, according to the law of the State of Kuwait for clothing in contact with the skin.

Please note that a delivery fee will be charged again for an exchange or return.

Conditions for exchanges and returns

• Both the bag and the product must be in the same excellent condition as received, with the label still attached to the garment. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted if the label or tag has been removed.
• The invoice must be handed to the courier together with the item when exchanging or returning it.
• The garment must be clean, new and completely unused. If it does not meet these conditions, the courier will not collect it.

The exchange or return delivery fee is KWD 3 for all areas of Kuwait.
